About me
Jennifer Hunter is the Artistic Director and Professor of Theatre at the University of Northwestern St Paul. (MFA, Baylor University 2000). She was a member of the Lincoln Center Directors Lab, (NY ’09), Directors Lab North, (Toronto’11), Juilliard Directing Fellow (NY ’12) and studied under Richard Rose at the Tarragon Theatre (Toronto ’18). Recognition: KCACTF (National) for "Alice in Wonderland", a play she adapted and directed. (Special Commendation for Directing, Distinguished Production of a New Work, and Distinguished Performance and Production ensemble, 2019), (Region V) "Romeo and Juliet" (New musical work, invited scene and costume parade, 2024).
