About me
Andy is the Director of Theatre at Mount Marty University in Yankton, SD, a Catholic Benedictine liberal arts institution where hospitality is a core value. Prior to his tenure at MMU, Andy had a short stint directing for the Olde Towne Dinner Theatre (Worthing, SD), and 10 years as an Education and Artistic Director with the Sioux Falls Community Playhouse in the Orpheum Theatre downtown. He is a proud undergrad of South Dakota State University with an MFA in Directing from the University of South Dakota, and has taught 20 years of theatre and communication courses in Federal Prison Camp Yankton. Recently, Andy co-produced the Adopt a Sailor 50 State Tour project with Charles Evered, and played Simeon in the 28th Christmas at the Cathedral event in Sioux Falls.
