About me
Billy is an Associate Professor of Theatre at South Dakota State University. He is also the Artistic Director of Prairie Repertory Theatre in Brookings, South Dakota, and serves as coordinator of Professional Auditions and Technical Interviews KCACTF 5. He earned his B.A. in Theatre from Morehead State University in Kentucky and an M.F.A. in production design from Michigan State University. While Billy specializes in Costume Design, Scenic Design, and costume technology, he also enjoys directing and performing.
