Explore the world of faux food for use on stage. Plan to be dazzled with displays of some of food items I have created over the years for various productions. We will discuss some common difficulties of faux food use and construction, and I will offer practical solutions I have employed over the years to solve such issue. We'll take detailed look at creating plates of food to be used in conjunction with elements of real food. As well, there will be fun tutorial on how to create fluff coating for use for cocktails, fried coatings, and soups. And provide a reference list of good places to purchase premade faux foods.
