In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore simple and effective routines for “opening” and “closing” creative spaces in theatre—whether in rehearsal, class, or on stage. You’ll learn how to be fully present in the work, while also creating space to transition back to your personal life and process the emotional energy of the scene. These practices help maintain balance and well-being for everyone involved in the creative process, no matter the intensity of the work.
