TAI CHI FOR STUDENTS AND TEACHERS

Participants will learn the fundamentals of Tai Chi (moving meditation) and how to apply the basic principles in the classroom and rehearsal hall to enhance focus and relaxation. We will practice and learn the I Chi King and 5 Moving Elements.
