About me
Leandro is a consultant, strategist, and facilitator based in Atlanta, GA, and a co-founder of Evolution Management Consultants, a BIPOC-owned firm specializing in search, strategic planning, and capacity-building initiatives for nonprofit organizations. He has worked with theaters across the country, including Playwrights Horizons, Baltimore Center Stage, Dobama Theater, Diversionary Theatre, and Steppenwolf Theatre Company. Previously, he served as a Senior Consultant with ALJP Consulting, where he helped develop the firm’s processes and methodologies.
Leandro also co-founded Codify Art, a collective amplifying the voices of queer and trans artists of color. Before transitioning to consulting, he worked at various nonprofit theaters, including The Public Theater and The New Group. As an independent producer, he has led more than a dozen live and virtual productions. He holds an MFA in Theater Management from the Yale School of Drama and a dual degree in Economics and Theater Arts from Brown University.
