Ballet for Beginners

Pliés, tendus, and rond de jambs, oh my! This class is for absolute beginners and those who may have tried ballet and never went back. This workshop will prepare you for a basic ballet class so you will know the terms, positions and moves. There will be a strong focus on finding and resolving basic technique and alignment issues. Wear form fitting movement clothes, and either ballet shoes or socks.
